政府信息公开服务质量面临的问题与对策

Study on Problems and Measures Quality of Open Government Information Service

本文从服务质量视角构建了政府信息公开服务质量的影响因素框架,在此基础上,对政府信息公开服务质量面临的问题与对策进行了较为深入的探讨。认为政府信息公开服务质量面临的问题包括政府公开的信息资源问题、政府信息公开服务缺乏用户导向和软环境问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。

Based on constructing factors framework of open government information service quality from the perspective of quality of service, this paper discussed the problems and measures quality of open government information service deeply. And this paper contended that the problems of service quality on open government information are consisting of information resources pro- vided by government, lack of user- guide of open government information service and soft environment problem. It put forward some measures to deal with these problems.
