摘要
在跨文化环境中高职院校留学生目前存在文化不适应和心理排斥等问题,作为心理调适的重要手段,中国传统文化的"兼容并包、求同存异、贵生和群"文化价值观具有显著的调适价值,主要需运用传输法、融入法和实践法等方法,通过教学管理、文化交往和日常管理等途径,提高文化价值观的传播效果,达到感情认同、文化认同,从而使留学生定义新的文化边界,实现跨文化的适应。
In the cross-cultural environment, higher vocational students face the question of cultural adaptation and psychological rejection. As an important means of mental adjustment, Chinese traditional culture has significant value of seeking common ground, put-ting aside differences and taking as a group. This paper mainly uses the method of transmission, mixing method and practical method, etc, by taking teaching management and cultural exchanges and daily management, to improve the effect of cultural values, and achieve emotional identity, cultural identity, allowing students to define new cultural boundaries and achieve inter-cultural adaptation.
