刍议产学融合背景下的高职院校财务人才培养——以常州消费类电子产业为例

Study on Financial Personnel Cultivation under the Background of Industry and Study Integration:Taking Changzhou Consumer Electronics Industry as An Example

常州地区的高职教育发展有其特殊历史及特点,同时区域内消费类电子产业较为发达。机遇与挑战并存的新时期经济发展,对产业发展背景下财务人才素质及培养提出了全新要求。作为人才培养两端的校企双方,从人才储备、信息集成、流程设计、财务工具的认识与使用等方面加强产学融合与培养对接,乃是区域产业财务人才培养的有效途径。

The development of higher vocational education in Changzhou, which has relatively developed consumer electronics industry, has its special history and features. Facing the chances and challenges in the new period, it is putting forward new demands of financial personnel quality and cultivation under the background of industry development. As the two ends of personnel cultiva-tion, colleges and enterprises need to enhance industry and study integration talent reserves, information integration, process de-sign, recognition and utilization of financial tools, and so on. To regional industries, it is the most effective method to cultivate financial personnel.
