预防性护理对脑出血患者并发症的作用

Effect of preventive nursing on the incidence of complications in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨预防性护理对脑出血患者并发症的作用。方法选择我院2014-05—2015-06急诊外科收治的128例脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者在常规护理基础上加预防性护理,对照组仅采用常规护理,对安全性及护理满意度进行评价。结果观察组患者对护理满意度(90.63%)明显高于对照组(71.88%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.385,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(12.50%)明显低于对照组(31.25%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.583,P<0.05)。结论对于脑出血的患者,积极运用预防性护理,能有效降低并发症的发生率,提高了脑出血患者及家属对护理工作的满意度,优化护理与治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of preventive nursing on the incidence of complications in patients with cer- ebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cerebral hemorrhage patients were selected in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2015, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while the patients in the observation group received preventive nursing. The safety and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction （90.630%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （71.88%）, and the difference has a statistical significance （x2 =7. 385, P〈0.05）. The occurrence of adverse reactions in the observation group （12.50%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （31.25 %）, and the difference was significant （X2=6. 583, P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with cerebral hemorrhage, the active use of preventive nursing can not only effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients, and improve the nursing satisfaction in the cerebral hemorrhage patients, but also can optimization of treatment and nursing. So it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
