长春西汀联合丁苯酞软胶囊对大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死神经功能恢复的影响

Effect of vinpocetine combined with butylphthalide soft capsule on neurological recovery of artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction

目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊联合长春西汀对大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复的治疗效果。方法选择我院收治的大动脉粥样硬化脑梗死患者100例,按照入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用长春西汀注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上采用丁苯酞软胶囊进行联合治疗。比较2组治疗效果、日常生活能力评分、神经功能缺损评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率92%,较对照组的70%明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组NIHSS有明显减小,Barthel评分有所增加,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组NIHSS为(9.9±4.2)分,低于对照组的(13.2±3.9)分,Barthel(79.2±17.6)分,高于对照组的(63.8±16.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组HSV、PSV远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应率为16%,明显高于观察组的4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合长春西汀治疗大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死,可提高患者临床疗效,改善神经功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of vinpocetine combined with butylphthalide soit capsule on neurological recovery of artery atherosclerotie cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred cases with artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were chosen and divided into observation group and control group based on the order of admission, each group had 50 cases. The control group was treated with vinpocetine injection, and the observation group was treated with vinpocetine injection and butylphthalide soft capsules. Then we compared the therapeutic effect, the activity of daily life （Bar- thel index, BI） and neurological function defect score （NIHSS） of both two groups. Results The total effective rate was 92 in the observation group, significantly better than 70~ in the control group （P〈0.05） ; After treatment, NIHSS scores were reduced and BI scores were increased in both two groups, and statistical differences were found compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05）. The observation group got the lower NIHSS scores of （9.9 ±4.2） points than the control group of （13.2 ± 3.9） points, and the BI scores of （79.2 ±17.6） points in the observation group were significantly higher than （63. 8 16.6） points in the control group （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, the observation group showed higher HSV and PSV with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Adverse reaction rate in control group was 16 %, significantly higher than 4 in observation group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vinpocetine combined with bu- tylphthalide soft capsule may improve clinical efficacy and enhance the recovery of neurological function in the treatment of artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.
