摘要
研究以集中型沼液为对象,考察了微电解-电极-SBBR组合工艺的处理效果。研究结果表明,在常温条件下,铁炭微电解反应按照推荐的反应参数的条件(曝气量为15.0 L/(min·L)、初始p H值为4、Fe/C为2∶1、HRT为2.5 h、反应级数为3级),电极-SBBR采用瞬时进水、厌氧1.0 h、曝气4.0 h(通电)、缺氧/厌氧2.0 h(通电)、出水、闲置的运行工序。在反应器稳定运行的条件下,对化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH+4-N)、总磷(TP)、固体悬浮物(SS)的平均去除率分别为92.2%、93.5%、93.2%和98.4%。出水的COD、NH+4-N、TP和SS的浓度能够达到《畜禽养殖行业污染物排放标准》(GB18596-2001)的要求。
Micro-electrolysis and electrode-sequencing batch biofilm reactor were used to treat biogas slurry,the treatment efficiency of the reactor was investigated. The result showed that under the normal temperature,the reaction conditions of micro-electrolysis experiments with iron-carbon were as follows: aeration rate of 15 L /( min·L),initial p H value of 4,iron-carbon volume ration of 2 ∶ 1,HRT of 2. 5 h,3 order reactions. The operating conditions of micro-electrolysis and electrode-SBBR were instantaneous inflow,anaerobic processing 1. 0h,aeration 4. 0 h( electricity),anoxic or anaerobic processing 2. 0 h( electricity),outflow,idle. Under the stable operation conditions of the reactor,the average removal rates of COD,NH+4-N,TP and SS reached 92. 2%,93. 5%,93. 2% and 98. 4%,respectively. COD,NH+4-N,TP and SS in the effluent meet the requirements of pollutant discharge standard in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Livestock and Poultry Breeding( GB 18596-2001).
