焦炉除尘车的设计

Mobile Oven Smoke and Dust Car Design

为了能够有效减少焦化生产过程中产生的烟气、粉尘污染,通过对焦化生产过程中导致烟气与粉尘污染原因的分析,结合实际设计出一种焦炉移动式消烟除尘车。在文中主要就这种焦炉移动式消烟除尘车的工作原理、特点以及效果进行介绍。通过最终测试该焦炉移动式消烟除尘车日回收粉尘70公斤,回收的粉尘可再次回炉利用,具有良好的环境效益与经济效益,值得推广。

In order to effectively reduce smoke,dust pollution generated during the production of coke by coking production process,resulting in smoke and dust pollution analysis of the reasons,the actual design a mobile oven smoke and dust car. In this paper primarily described on this mobile oven smoke and dust car works,characteristics and effects. A final test of the mobile oven smoke and dust collected on the day the car 70 kilograms of dust,the dust can be recovered recycled for reuse,has a good environmental and economic benefits,is worth promoting.
