河网履带车长杆件塔材运输功能的实现

摘要 南方特高压线路路径多经过河网稻田区域,尺寸和重量的限制使长杆件塔材运输困难。为此,特研制出"车体+旱船"的运输形式用于长杆件塔材的运输。利用举升油缸和自救绞磨配合完成货斗的自装和自卸,配合车体的回转托架使用,提高了机械化程度,保证安全,为河网区域线路架设正常施工提供了保障。 The southern UHV transmission line always erected through the river network region,the first problem limit the transportation of the long size tower material are size and weight. To solve this problem,we developed the new-type mode of transportation-- "cai body +land boat". Use the lifting oil cylinder and the self save winch to coopertion,to achieve the purpose of the cargo bucket,s automatic loading and unloading.Cooperate with the rotating racker in the car body,improve the degree of mechanization.In this way,we can ensure safety and we can ensure the construction safeguard and normal in this area.
