进展性缺血性卒中患者的影像学特点及与脑动脉狭窄之间的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨分析进展性缺血性卒中患者的影像学特点以及与脑动脉狭窄之间的关系。方法选取2014年6月-2015年6月在我院就诊的54例进展性缺血性卒中患者设为实验组,54例非进展性缺血性卒中患者设为对照组,比对两组患者影像学的检查结果和发生脑动脉狭窄情况以及发生部位。结果实验组患者基底节区梗死(35.19%)、脑干梗死发生率(31.48%)和分水岭梗死发生率(44.44%)明显高于对照组患者基底节区梗死(14.81%)、脑干梗死发生率(11.11%)和分水岭梗死发生率(14.81%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组患者的脑动脉狭窄发生率(92.59%)、大动脉中重度狭窄或闭塞发生率(84.00%)以及溃疡性斑块发生率(70.00%)与对照组患者的脑动脉狭窄发生率(59.26%)、大动脉中重度狭窄或闭塞发生率(56.25%)以及溃疡性斑块发生率(37.50%)相比明显较多,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论进展性缺血性卒中的发生与脑动脉狭窄之间存在密切的联系,在临床早期给予针对性的检查可以及时进行处理,在一定程度上可以对进展性缺血性卒中的发生起到控制作用。 Objective To explore and analyze the relationship between imaging characteristics and cerebral artery stenosis of patients with progressive ischemic stroke. Methods 54 patients with progressive ischemic stroke in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the experimental group, and 54 patients with non progressive ischemic stroke were considered as the control group. The examination results, the conditions and occurrence site of cerebral artery stenosis were compared between two groups' patients imaging. Results In the experimental group, the basal ganglia infarction rate was 35.19%, the brain stem infarction incidence rate was 31.48%, and the cerebral watershed infarction incidence rate was 44.44%, which were significantly higher than the 14.81%, 11.11%, and 14.81% of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). In the experimental group, the cerebral artery stenosis incidence rate was 92.59%, the main artery moderately severe stenosis or occlusion incidence rate was 84.00%, and the ulcerative plaques incidence rate was 70.00%, which were significantly more than the 59.26%, 56.25%, and 37.50% of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Between the progressive ischemic stroke occurrence and cerebral artery stenosis had the close relationship. Targeted examination was given in clinical early stage, which would be processed in a timely manner. That could play a role in controlling progressive ischemic stroke to a certain extent.
