北京城市地下空间开发利用的对策研究

随着北京城市规模的不断扩大,"摊大饼"式的发展模式使得城市建设已经铺到了六环,继续扩张已经是不可能。并且,六环的修建成本也很高,仅拆迁就占到了工程费的70%,后续的配套建设规模也异常庞大。但人口的不断增加是城市发展的客观现实,城市土地需求与供应的矛盾日渐突出,迫切需要立体发展,统筹开发地下空间已经迫在眉睫。
