曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical research of vasore in treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure

目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取本院2012年12月-2014年12月诊治的冠心病心力衰竭患者142例,采用数字随机法分为两组,对照组71例实施常规治疗,观察组71例联用曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组左心室射血分数、6min步行距离增加（P〈0.05）,血清脑钠肽降低（P〈0.05）,心功能分级改善（P〈0.05）。观察组左心室射血分数、临床疗效高于对照组（P〈0.05）,6min步行距离长于对照组（P〈0.05）,血清脑钠肽低于对照组（P〈0.05）,心功能分级好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of vasore in treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure. Methods 142 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were selected in hospital from December 2012 to December 2014,who were randomly divided into two groups.71 patients received conventional therapy as control group.71 patients combined with vasore as observation group.Treatment effect was compared between two groups. Results After treatment in two groups,left ventricular ejection fraction and 6min walking distance increased（P〈 0.05）,serum brain natriuretic peptide decreased（P〈 0.05）,cardiac functional grading improved（P〈 0.05）.Left ventricular ejection fraction and clinical effect in observation group were higher than control group（P〈 0.05）.6min walking distance in observation group was longer than control group（P〈 0.05）.Serum brain natriuretic peptide in observation group was lower than control group（P〈 0.05）.Cardiac functional grading in observation group was better than control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Vasore has significant effect in treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure,which is worthy of clinical use.
