PDCA循环在PICC导管相关性感染控制中的应用

Application of PDCA cycle in the catheter-related infection control of PICC

目的探讨患者通过经外周穿刺中心静脉置管术（PICC）置管发生导管相关性感染情况以及相关因素,通过分析制定预防和护理措施。方法研究对象选取为2012年7月-2014年12月之间我院行PICC置管的1067例患者,根据是否实施PDCA循环管理进行分组,2012年7月-2013年12月为活动前（组）,2014年1-12月为活动后（组）,运用PDCA循环通过对本院PICC置管患者数量的统计以及导管感染数量的监测,分析感染的相关因素,及时发现问题,采取措施进行持续性的改进,提升护理质量。结果通过应用PDCA循环管理1年后,感染率从5.90%降至1.43%,感染率呈逐年下降趋势。结论通过应用PDCA循环对PICC置管的监测,控制,反馈,降低导管相关性感染的发生率,提升了护理工作的质量。

Objective To explore the catheter-related infections and its correlative factors in patients received peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）,and establish corresponding prevention and nursing methods. Methods 1067 patients who received PICC in our hospital from July 2012 to December 2014 were selected. According to the implementation date of PDCA cycle,the patients were divided into two main parts： patients who received PICC between July 2012 and December 2013 without PDCA cycle,and patients who received PICC between January 2014 and December 2014 under PDCA cycle.The correlative factors of infections were analyzed through the quantity statistics of patients with PICC and patients with catheter-related infections by PDCA cycle.Continuous adjustments were made according to the problems encountered to improve the nursing quality. Results After 1 years of PDCA cycle management, the infection rate decreased from 5.90% to 1.43%, and showed an annually decreasing tendency. Conclusion The monitoring, controlling, and information feedback of PICC under the PDCA cycle can decrease the incidence of catheter-related infections,therefore improve the nursing quality.
