摘要
目的对糖尿病合并尿毒症患者的护理干预进行回顾性分析。方法选取2013年9月-2015年4月间,在我院确诊为糖尿病合并尿毒症的患者共84例,将84例患者随机分成对照组与观察组,每组各42例。对照组单用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用全面护理干预。结果观察组糖尿病合并尿毒症患者的低血糖发生率低于对照组,生活质量评分、护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全面护理干预能有效对糖尿病合并尿毒症患者的临床症状进行缓解。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the nursing intervention of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with uremia. Methods A total of 84 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with uremia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 84 cases in each group, and 42 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the quality of life score, nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with uremia.
