助产护理对高龄产妇分娩结局的影响

Effect of midwifery care on the delivery outcomes of elderly parturient women

目的探讨对高龄产妇实施助产护理对其分娩结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年7月-2015年3月间在我院进行分娩的高龄产妇120例,按护理方式不同进行分组,对照组60例行一般护理,研究组60例在一般护理中结合助产护理,对比两组间母婴结局、心理状态、满意程度。结果护理后研究组产妇分娩结局相比于对照组有所好转（P〈0.05）,胎儿窘迫及窒息率明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。护理后研究组心理状态相比对照组有所改善（P〈0.05）。护理后研究组患者总满意率88.33%相比于对照组56.67%有所好转（P〈0.05）。结论对高龄产妇实施助产护理干预后改善了母婴结局,提高了满意程度及心理状态水平。

Objective To explore the effect of midwifery care on the delivery outcomes of elderly parturient women. Methods 120 elderly parturient women who were in our hospital from July 2014 to March 2015 were divided into two groups according to nursing models,60 cases in the control group who received routine nursing care,and 60 cases in the research group who received routine nursing care combined with the midwifery care.The maternal-infant outcomes,psychological status,and satisfaction degrees between the two groups were compared. Results After nursing care,in the research group,the delivery outcomes were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,the rates of fetal distress and asphyxia were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,the psychological status was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the total satisfaction rate（88.33%） was higher than that of the control group（56.67%）,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Midwifery care on the elderly parturient women improves the maternalinfant outcomes, satisfaction degrees,and psychological status.
