摘要
高校行政化严重束缚高校教育研究的发展,行政能力干涉教学,影响教学质量,研究言论又受到权力设置的各种禁区的障碍无法取得突破性的进展。高校在发展过程中必然要求自主管理。自主管理是针对高校行政化干预影响高校教育发展的回应。自主化与行政化研究共同的焦点是高校管理的权力主体性问题,不同的主体所塑造的不同的体系机构以及软性制度,从而形成不一样的发展光景。
