Research on the Speed of Technology Diffusion Based on Patent Citation Network

文章基于专利引文网络构建了多指标的技术扩散速度测度方法,该方法可以对技术扩散速度进行量化并反映其演化过程,同时以2000—2012年中国在美国专利数据库(USPTO)获得授权专利最多的电数字数据处理(G06F)领域为实证对象对该领域的技术扩散速率进行了测算。

This paper constructs a multi-index measure method for technology diffusion based on patent citation network, which can quantizes the speed of technology diffusion and reflects the evolution process. The paper takes the electronic data of pro- cessing （GO6F） that China authorized in U. S. patent databases （USPTO） in 2000 -2012as the empirical research object, in order to measure the rate of technology diffusion in the field.
