摘要 依据无刷电动螺丝刀的应用特点,基于UC3843研制无刷电动螺丝刀用反激式开关电源电路,详细讲解EMI滤波电路和整流电路、变压器及开关管缓冲电路、输出电路、电压反馈电路和UC3843控制电路设计,并对电源进行输出带载时电压调节和效率测试等实验。结果表明,基于UC3843的无刷电动螺丝刀用开关电源输出稳定可靠。 The single-ended flyback switching power supply for brushless electric screwdriver was developed based on UC3843 as well as the application characteristics of electric screwdrivers driven by the brushless DC motor. The design of the EMI filter and rectifying circuit, the high frequency transformer and the snubber circuit, the output circuit, the output voltage feedback circuit and the control circuit for UC3843 is explained in detail. The tests of the voltage regulation and efficiency when outputting with load indicate that the output voltages demonstrate high stability.
