摘要
心理契约在人力资源管理中扮演着越来越重要的角色,目前已成为解决组织与员工之间的冲突、协调劳动关系、提高组织绩效的重要工具。组织应通过招聘初步构建心理契约,通过健全培训体系、加强职业生涯管理及塑造和谐的组织文化来调整与发展员工的心理契约,通过完善绩效管理与薪酬体系来维护心理契约,而进行心理契约视角下的人力资源全程动态管理。
Psychological contract plays a more and more important role in human resource management. It has becomes the important tool to solve the contradiction between organization and employee, coordinate the labor relations, and improve the organizational performance. The organization should construct psychological contract preliminarily by hire, develops and adjusts the psychological contract by perfect the training system, career management, and harmonious corporate culture. The organization also needs to maintain the psychological contract through a sound system of compensation and performance management.
