摘要
校企共同办学综合了传统高校和现代化企业各自的资源和优势,已成为培养高质量应用型工程人才的重要模式。为更好地确保和充分发挥校企共同办学的优势,如何来构建科学有效的教师评价体系并用其来指导和激励教师发展是一项重要议题。结合丽水学院与浙江山蒲照明电器有限公司共同举办的光源与照明专业教师评价体系改革的实践经验,分析了校企共同办学下教师评价体系改革的现实意义和作用,确立了改革原则,构建了较为科学合理的新评价体系模块框架。
The university--enterprise collaboration in education integrates the resources and advantages of traditional universities and modern enterprises and has become an important mode for training high--quality applied engineering talents. To ensure the advantages of the mode, the formulation of a scientific system for teacher appraisal, which can both guide and inspire teachers, has become an important subject. Based on the practical experience in reforming system for teacher appraisal gained in the collaboration between Lishui University and Zhejiang Shanpu Co., Ltd in offering bachelor degree program in Light Sources and Illumination, this paper analyzes the practical significance of the reform, proposes the principles for the reform, and formulates a scientific framework of modules for teacher appraisal.
