神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效

Efficacy of nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

目的观察神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床效果。方法在我科治疗带状疱疹后神经痛（PHN）患者共14例。依据患者的皮损区域确定所支配神经节或神经根，施行神经阻滞治疗。本组中1例放弃治疗，13例患者接受神经阻滞治疗1疗程（每周1次，共4次），分别观察治疗前、每次治疗后、治疗结束后1周和4周时的视觉模拟评分（VAS），评定疗效并观察治疗副作用。结果与治疗前比较，每次治疗后13例患者VAS评分均显著降低（P〈0.05），治疗结束后1、4周时优效率分别为84．6％（11／13例）、92．3％（12／13例）：总有效率均为100％（13／13例）。结论神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后神经痛能迅速缓解疼痛，疗效显著且副作用少。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of nerve block in the treatment of patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Fourteen patients with postherpetic neuralgia were treated with different nerve blocks in accordance with the diseased skin area, four times for one course, except one patient who gave up the treatment. VAS were recorded before the treatment, every time after the treatment and at 1,4 weeks after the treatment course. The efficacy was assessed and the side effect were observed. Results Compared with pretreatment, VAS was significantly decreased after the treatment course （P 〈 0.05）. Total excellent rates were 84.6% （11/13 cases） , 92.3% （12/13 cases） at different time-points respectively, and the total effective rates were both 100% （13/13 cases） at 1 and 4 weeks after the course. No side effects were found in all patients. Conclusion Nerve block is an effective method to treat the postherpetic neuralgia without side effects.
