袁店一矿东风井在施工基岩时出现井筒涌水,经过方案比较,选择了泄水孔施工方案,通过钻孔设计、施工工艺研究,钻孔顺利施工到底,及时解决井筒水患,井筒施工单进提升明显,节约了工程投资。
