摘要
针对余吾煤业瓦斯含量高,掘进过程瓦斯涌出强度大,掘进速度低,本煤层钻孔深度不够,结合澳大利亚威利朗沃公司VLD-1000-T型定向钻机,以N2202工作面为例,对实际瓦斯抽采效果进行考察对比发现,高位裂隙带钻孔的瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采纯量均高于普通裂隙带钻孔,距煤层顶板50 m以上裂隙钻孔抽采效果低于低层位裂隙钻孔,千米钻机钻孔成孔层位控制在距煤层顶板25~40 m,通过提升负压可有效加强千米钻机钻孔的抽采效果。
Aiming at the problem of gas content is high, replace face gateway driving speed is low and the inadequate borehole depth using current drilling machine, considering the application of VLD- 1000-T kilometer and directional drilling machine which was imported from Australia. Taking the N2202 working face in Yuwu coal mining industry as an example, the results of the study showed that, the gas flow rate, and the gas concentration of high level fracture boreholes were higher than those of the common fracture zone, from the coal seam roof 50 m above the effect of drilling hole drainage is lower than the low level of the drilling hole, the drilling hole of the km drilling rig is controlled in the range of 25 to 40 m from the coal seam roof, and the negative pressure can effectively improve the drilling efficiency of kilometers drilling.
