摘要
介绍了煤实验最短自然发火期的快速测试方法。通过实验数据分析,确定了70℃时煤样排气出口氧气含量(C_(70))与交叉温度点(T_(cpt)),分别是煤低温缓慢氧化阶段和快速氧化阶段升温特性的特征参数。结合C_(70)和T_(cpt),计算得出了煤在缓慢氧化阶段的平均升温速率与煤在快速氧化阶段的绝热氧化时间,实现了煤实验最短自然发火期快速测定。
A fast test method for the experimental shortest coal spontaneous combustion was studied. By analyzing the experimental data, it can be ensured that the oxygen concentration of gas from coal tank outlet at 70 ℃(C70) and the crossing point temperature (Tcpx) are the characteristic parameters that can reflect the complicated character at slow oxidation stage and quick oxidation stage respectively. By using the C70 and Tcpx, average heating rate at slow oxidation stage and oxidation time at quick oxidation stage was calculated, then the experimental shortest coal spontaneous combustion was promptly tested.
