摘要
以原煤、半焦和焦炭为原料,二氧化碳、水蒸气为气化剂在固定床气化炉内进行气化,根据3种原料的动力学参数建立数学模型,用MATLAB软件编写模拟程序求解常微分方程组,采用打靶法对固定床气化炉从底部开始的每一个微元体进行模拟计算,根据模拟结果可知原煤、半焦和焦炭3种原料在固定床气化炉内气化反应温度随床层高度的增加先升高后降低,反应活性为原煤的最好,半焦次之,焦炭的反应活性最差。
Based on coal, coke and semi-coke as raw materials, carbon dioxide, water vapor as gasification agent in the fixed-bed gasifier gasification, the mathematical model based on the original determination of kinetic parameters of the three good raw material, the use of MATLAB software simulation program written for solving ordinary differential equations, using the shooting method for fixed bed gasifier from the bottom of each micro unit are simulated, known coal, coke and semi-coke based on simulation results three feedstock gasification reaction temperature in the fixed bed gasifier increases with increasing height of the bed first and then decreased. Reactivity of three materials for the reactive raw is best, followed by semi-coke, coke worst.
