摘要
针对传统晶闸管软起动器因起动转矩小而无法实现重载起动的问题,采用了一种离散变频软起动控制方法。在Matlab/Simulink搭建了离散变频软起动控制系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,与传统降压软起动控制方法相比,离散变频软起动控制方法可以在减小电机起动电流的同时,输出较大的起动转矩。
In general, the thyristor soft-starter cannot be used for heavy load starting situations because of its small starting torque. A discrete variable frequency soft starting control method is adopted. The simulation model of discrete variable frequency soft starting control system is built in Matlab/Simulink. The results of the simulation show that this control method can effectively improve the starting torque of the motor while reducing the starting current of control method. the motor compared with the traditional soft starting
