缺血修饰蛋白与急性脑梗死NIHSS评分的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)水平与NIHSS评分的相关性变化规律,以达到IMA可作为急性脑梗死病情的评估指标。方法选择发病24h急性脑梗死患者341例。按照NIHSS评分分为三组,分别为0-8分组(129例);9-16分组(112例);16-24分组(100例)。选取同期本院体检的对照组60例。运用ACB比色法测定血清IMA。结果发病24h的急性脑梗死患者,NIHSS评分在0-8分组、9-16分组,17-24分组,IMA有显著差异(P〈0.01),发病24h的急性脑梗死组血清IMA水平与NIHSS评分呈线性正相关(P〈0.01)。结论急性性脑梗死患者血清IMA水平均高于健康人,IMA可以作为脑组织缺血敏感的非特异性生化指标,并且急性脑梗死患者血清IMA水平随NIHSS评分增高而增高。可能作为辅助手段预测病情进展。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the levels of IMA and NIHSS score in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and to achieve the evaluation index of acute cerebral infarction( CI) .Methods 341 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients with 24h were selected.According to the NIHSS score,all of the patients were divided into three groups: 0-8 score group ( 129 cases ); 9-16 score group ( 112 cases ); 16-24 score group ( 100cases) .A control group of 60 cases were selected from the same period.ACB colorimetric method was used to determine serum ischenmia modified albumin(IMA).Results The difference of chemia modified protein of acute cerebral infarction patients of 24h, in 0-8 score group, 9-16 score group, 17-24 score group, was statistically significant( P〈0.01) , And it was found that IMA level of the serum in the acute cerebral infarction patients of 24h were positively correlated with NIHSS score ( P〈0.01) .Conclusion IMA levels of the serum in patients with acute cerebral infarction are higher than those of healthy people, IMA can be used as a non specific biochemical indicator of brain tissue ischemia, and serum IMA level in patients with acute cerebral infarction increased with the increase of NIHSS score.Prediction of disease progression as a supplementary means.
