摘要 腺相关病毒(adeno-associated virus,AAV)由于自身独特的安全、高效、靶向性且可持续表达等优势在中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)疾病治疗的应用上备受瞩目,本文主要讨论注射途径及时期、病毒类型、受体分布、启动子类型等对AAVs在CNS转导效率与表达的影响,安全性和免疫问题,
