摘要
近年来早期教育快速发展,社会对于早教教师的需求越来越大,高职院校早期教育专业逐步开始设立。目前对于各院校而言,早期教育专业还是新专业,专业建设尚处起步和探究阶段,不可避免存在各种争议,较为突出的问题是课程设置的科学性和合理性。文章以H校的课程研究为例,提出改进高职高专早期教育课程设置的思路和对策,建议以教育部颁布的《教师教育课程标准(试行)》精神为指导,结合人才培养方案的要求,依据儿童发展和行业发展的变化和需求,围绕早教专业的就业面向、工作任务、培养目标和培养规格进行课程设置,突出早教专业的特殊性,体现课程的针对性、应用性和实践性,构建较为合理的早期教育课程体系,促进学生综合能力和全面素质的提升。
Expecting increasing demand and development for early education in the society ,many vocational colleges begin to open early education majors . As a young major for most of the colleges , early education still has many controversies , particularly about the reasonableness and the science of its curriculum provision .Taking the curriculum provision of H College as an example ,this paper proposes various strategies and ideas on how to improve the curriculum provision for early education major in vocational schools .Schools should follow principles in “Teacher Pedagogical Curriculum Standards (Preliminary ) ,”published by Chinese Department of Education ,and construct a professional ,practical ,and proper early education course structure ,based on the demanded skills ,job tasks ,goals and horizons .Moreover ,the provision should also underscore the particularity , specificity , applicability and practicability of the early education major , so that it could improve the comprehensive quality and ability of students and establish an appropriate course system .
