摘要 以毕业生职业技能和岗位适应性为导向的高校转型发展正在不断推进,高校人才培养模式改革随之不断深化。随着幼儿教育事业的快速发展,高水平、应用型幼儿教师的培养需求凸显紧迫性。本文在自身教学实践经验基础上,以学前教育专业音乐课程教学改革为例,分析应用型本科院校在学前教育专业音乐课程教学方面存在的问题,探讨解决问题的方法,以期提升幼师的人才培养质量。 China’s colleges and universities are in the period of transition toward application oriented ones centering in the training of students’ professional skills and vocational adaptability .Talents cultivation pattern reform are constantly deepening accordingly .With the fast development of children’s education ,the need for skillful and practice -oriented teachers is urgent . Based on the w riter’ s teaching experience and taking the curriculum and teaching reform of music education in the existing application- oriented universities as examples , this paper focuses on the analysis of existing problems and discusses the methods to solve these problems ,hoping to be helpful for the enhancement of education of preschool teachers .
