BiVO_4/ZnAl-LDH复合材料的制备、表征及其光催化性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用简易的共沉淀法合成了ZnAl-LDH包覆BiVO_4空心微球复合光催化材料。采用XRD、傅里叶红外光谱以及扫描电子显微镜对材料组成和形貌进行表征。随着BiVO_4含量的增加复合材料的吸收带发生了红移,而光催化活性却是先升高后降低。实验发现,当Zn^(2+)和Bi^(3+)的摩尔比为1/2时,得到的复合材料ZB12对孔雀石绿(MG)催化活性最高。实验证明,由于BiVO_4和ZnAl-LDH之间形成异质结结构,降低了光生电子和空穴的复合率,提高了复合材料的催化活性。在降解孔雀石绿过程中,起主要作用的活性物种为羟基自由基和空穴。并且,复合材料ZB12表现出很好的循环性及稳定性在水处理领域具有很好的应用前景。
