花状In2S3/TiO2 NTs复合纳米材料的制备及4-NP降解应用研究

摘要 文章中以L(+)-Cysteine和InCl_3作为前驱物,采用简单的水热法成功在TiO_2纳米管阵列上负载片状In_2S_3纳米片,成功制备得花状In_2S_3/TiO_2 NTs复合纳米材料。SEM和TEM显示,制备的In_2S_3纳米片呈花级结构以TiO_2 NTs为成核位点堆积组装原位生长。研究表明,窄禁带In_2S_3的引入加速了电子-空穴对分离效率,将这种制备的复合材料用来降解对硝基苯酚,较低浓度的前驱体量负载In_2S_3时,4-NP去除率可以高达到95.6%。
