针刺手三阳输穴结合夹脊电针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Efficacy observation of acupuncture at Shu point of hand's three-Yang combined with Jiaji electroacupuncture on cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy

目的:观察运用针刺手三阳输穴结合夹脊穴电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将确诊的120例患者随机分为两组各60例,治疗组采用针刺手三阳输穴结合夹脊穴电针治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率为63.3%,总有效率为93.3%;对照组分别为45.0%、85.0%。治疗组均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺手三阳输穴结合夹脊穴电针治疗神经根型颈椎病具有操作安全、无副作用、患者痛苦小、疗效较好的特点。

Objective：To observe the effects of acupuncture at Shu point of hand＇s three-Yang combined with Jiaji electroacupuncture on cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy （CSR）. Methods： The patients were randomly divid- ed into treatment group and control group, each of the 60 cases. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture at Shu point of handg three-Yang combined with Jiaji point electroacupuncture, while the control group was treated by acupuncture. Results ： In treatment group, the cure rate was 63.3 %, the total effective rate was 93.3 %, while in control group, respectively 45 %, 85%. The differences compared between two groups were significant, and had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. In the cure rate and the total effective rate, the treatment group was signifi- cantly better than the control group. Conclusion：Treating the cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy （CSR） by acu- puncture at Shu point of handg three-Yang combined with Jiaji point electroacupuncture has operational safety, no side effects, less pain for patients, better effects etc. features.
