基于复杂适应系统理论的区域创新驱动力研究

Study on the Driving Forces of Regional Innovation Based on Complex Adaptive System Theory

基于复杂适应系统理论和区域创新系统的复杂适应性特征,从创新主体的适应性、区域创新主体之间的耦合性关联以及区域开放三个层面构建了区域创新驱动力模型。运用全国30个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,对这些要素对区域创新的驱动作用进行实证检验,结果表明:企业创新需求是区域创新的内生动力源;产学研协同创新对区域创新的驱动作用非常显著;体现区内创新主体与外部环境互动的区域开放特征对区域创新的驱动作用尚未发挥出来。最后根据研究结果对省域层面上创新驱动力的形成提出建议。

According to CAS （complex adaptive system theory）, this paper analyzes the complexity and adaptiv- ity of the regional innovation system, and then presents an analyzing framework of the driving forces of regional innovation from three levels including the adaptivity of regional innovation subjects, the correlation degree between innovation subjects and the regional openness . Using panel data of 30 provinces in China, the empirical analysis examines the actual driving effect of these factors on regional innovation performance. The empirical result shows that：the enterprises＇ demand for innovation is the source of endogenous driving force of regional inovation, the industry- universityresearch synergy innovation has significant driving effect on regional innovation perform- ance. the driving effect of regional openness on regional innovation has not given full play. Based on these conclu- sions, some recommendations has been proposed in the last part.
