摘要 针对铝合金切削加工中易锈蚀、热变形等问题,运用层次分析(AHP)法综合考虑水基切削液的抗磨性能、防锈性能、抗泡沫性能和杀菌性能,构建了铝合金加工切削液的选择模型。采用相对熵模型与熵权法相结合的组合赋权法确定各指标权重,改善了专家意见不一致问题,给出了目标层、指标层与方案层之间的模糊关系矩阵。最后,通过实验对铝合金加工中5种常用水基切削液做出了综合评价,验证了该选择模型的可行性。 In connection with easy corrosion, thermal deformation and other issues of aluminum alloy machining, the aluminum al- loy processing cutting fluid selection model was constructed by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to comprehensively consid- er the anti-wear properties, rust resistance, anti-foam properties and antiseptic properties of water-based cutting fluid. Adopting the combination weighting approach of relative entropy and entropy weight method, the index weight was determined and improved the issue of experts disagree, gave the fuzzy relationship matrix among target layer, index layer and planning layer. Finally, through the experiment of five kinds of commonly aluminum alloy processing water-based cutting fluid made the comprehensive evaluation and verified the feasibility of this selection model.
