摘要
针对传统故障诊断方法的局限性及在汽车开发试验过程中的高效率故障诊断的需求,研究基于案例推理的车辆诊断专家系统。定义故障事件的知识输入的规则,建立推理模型依据案例数据进行故障根本原因分析并给出检测指导。并利用分析过的案例形成不断丰富的知识库和规则库。以自动变速箱诊断为例编写了故障诊断专家系统,在实例使用中进行了方法有效性的验证。
Aiming at the limitation of the traditional fault diagnosis methods and the requirement of quick and accurate fault diagnose during the vehicle development and test, a case-based vehicle diagnosis expert system is researched on. The knowledge input rule for fault issues is defined, a reasoning model is established to provide root cause analysis basing on case data and the diagnosis instruction is supplied. The current case analyzed by the system will also be stored in the system as knowledge, resulting in that the knowledge and rule base gets rich continuously. A system is realized, taking the automatic transmission diagnosis for example and the method is validated during use in actual case.
