摘要
采用理论分析与试验验证相结合的方式对偏心渐开线齿轮的齿侧间隙进行深入研究。通过比较一般偏心渐开线齿轮与变变位齿轮的齿廓差异,分别得出两组齿轮传动的齿侧间隙值;用线切割机床对齿轮进行加工,采用压铅丝法进行测试,将随着节曲线位置变化的变位系数用于偏心渐开线齿轮齿廓修正,并验证该方法在消除齿侧间隙方面的可用性。
By adopting the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification, give a deep research on backlash of eccentric gear. By the comparison of the tooth profile difference between eccentric-involutes gear and varying-coefficient-shift- modification gear, get the backlash of two gears transmission. The eccentric gear is manufactured through wire cut electrical dis- charge machining. The test is made by using method of lead wire. The correctness of backlash elimination is verified by the meth- od based on the modification coefficient changing with the position of pitch curve.
