摘要
介绍了预制梁板后张法预应力中使用的智能化施工工艺。它对预应力施工的整个过程采用先进设备,进行自动化操作,使操作环境更加安全,并且基本消除钢绞线的自动穿束、预应力智能张拉、管道自动压浆等各个主要环节人为因素的影响,从而确保预应力施工的质量,提高桥梁整体结构的耐久性。
This paper introduces technology of intelligent construction using the bridge after tensioned prestressedprecast beam in. It is the whole process of prestressedconstruction with advanced equipment, automation of operation,the operating environment more secure, andbasic elimination of steel wire automatic threading,prestressed tension, intelligent pipeline automatic grouting of each key link of human factors, so as to ensure the quality of the prestressed construction, improve thedurability of the whole bridge structure.
