摘要
常用LED驱动芯片在过温时采取立即断电或者电流快速置零等措施来保护芯片,但这些措施不宜用于大功率连续照明领域;另外,芯片中的过压保护电路增加了设计成本。本文基于CSMC 0.25μm数模混合信号工艺,设计一款电流能随温度升高自动调节,同时具备低功耗恒流、过压保护功能的LED驱动电路。
Common LED driver chips take some measures to protect chips,such as immediately power off or the current directly reduced to zero when the chip is over-temperature, but these measures are not suitable for the field which need high-power continuous illumination; In addition, over-voltage protection circuit has increased design costs. Based on CSMC 0.25 um digital and analog mixed-signal technology, this paper design an LED driver circuit, which has the advantages of over-temperature current automatically adjustable, low-power constant-current and over-voltage protection.
