本文以BOT方式为例,首先分析了完善政府基础设施投融资体制的必要性,简述了BOT方式在我国的现状及存在问题,最后提出了政府在基础设施投融资中的作为。

Based on BOT mode as an example, this paper first analysis of the necessity of perfecting the government infrastructure investment and financing system, this paper expounds the present situation of the BOT mode in our country and existing problems, finally puts forward the government as in infrastructure investment and financing.
