转型时期高校教师培训课程改革研究

Research on the reform of Teachers' training course in the perspective of transformation

现有老师培训课程体系存在结构不合理、内容不专业、实践教学内容少等问题。为适应高校转型发展的需要,应该加大教师培训课程体系改革,努力提高老师实践能力,加大双师型教师培养力度。

The existing teacher training curriculum system has some problems, such as unreasonable structure, the content is not professional, the practice teaching content is few and so on. In order to meet the needs of the transformation and development of colleges and universities, we should increase the reform of teacher training curriculum system, and strive to improve teachers＇ practical ability, and strengthen the training of teachers＇ training.
