摘要
目的探讨碳酸饮料对大鼠拔牙创愈合的影响。方法实验选取sd大鼠60只随机分成二组,各30只,对照组正常喂养,实验组可乐喂养。3个月后,随机抽取对照组与实验组大鼠各5只,测量大鼠胫骨近段BMD,实验组大鼠胫骨近段骨密度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。建立大鼠拔牙创模型,拔出大鼠左上第一磨牙,拔牙术后2、4、8周每组分别处死5只大鼠,取拔牙创周围牙槽骨标本固定、脱钙、包埋、切片,进行HE染色和IL-1免疫组织化学法检测。分析HE染色切片的新生骨小梁宽度和间距,IL-1免疫组织化学法图像的灰度及吸光度。所有数据用SPSS17.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果拔牙术后2周时实验组与对照组比较,拔牙创内新骨形成量少,新生骨小梁间距宽,宽度窄(P<0.05)。4周时实验组与对照组比较,新生骨小梁杂乱无序排列,新生骨小梁纤细,间距更大(P<0.01)。8周时实验组拔牙创较对照组处新骨形成少,拔牙创口处牙槽骨未长平,新生骨小梁排列更为杂乱,骨小梁间距宽且纤细(P<0.05)。IL-1免疫组织化学法检测:实验组白细胞介素1较强阳性表达,破骨细胞在骨吸收处表达明显。2,4,8周时实验组的大鼠上颌骨免疫组织化学切片平均灰度值均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),平均吸光度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论碳酸饮料的过量摄入,会导致大鼠骨密度的降低,并影响拔牙创的牙槽骨愈合过程,促进了破骨作用,新形成的骨小梁纤细,稀疏,排列杂乱。延长了拔牙创的愈合时间。
Objective To discuss the effect of carbonated drinks on extraction wound healing in rats. Methods This study selected 60 SD rats, were randomly divided into two groups,30 rats in each group. The control group received normal feeding, the experimental group fed Cola. After 3 months, five rats were randomly selected from the control group and the experimental group, then measured in rat proximal tibia BMD, proximal tibia bone mineral density in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P〈0. 05). Results Postoperative 2w extraction experimental group compared with the control group, new bone formation within the tooth create less new bone trabecular wide spacing, narrow width ( P〈0. 05). When 4w experimental group com- pared with the control group, new bone trabecular disorderly arrangement, new trabecular bone thin, spacing greater (P〈0.01 ). When 8w extraction experimental group than the control group at innovative small bone formation, tooth extraction wound not long at the alveolar level, new bone trabeculae more messy, wide and thin trabecular spacing {P〈0.05). IL- 1 immunohistochemical detection: experimental group of strong positive expression of IL-1, osteoclasts in bone resorption was significantlY place. 2w, 4w, gw when the jaw sections immuno-histochemistry average gray value of rat in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0. 05), were significantly higher than the mean absorbance (P〈0. 05). Conclusions The excessive intake of carbonated beverages, will lead to lower bone mineral density, and the impact of invasive tooth extraction alveolar bone healing process, and promote the role of osteoclasts, newly formed trabecular bone thin, sparse arrangement clutter. Extending the extraction wound healing time.
