产科护士疼痛知识培训对妇产科护理质量及满意度的改善效果评价

EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION OF APPLICATION EFFECT OF PAIN KNOWLEDGE TRAINING OF OBSTETRIC NURSES IN IMPROVING QUALITY AND SATISFACTION OF NURSING IN OBSTETRICS

目的探讨产科护士疼痛知识培训对妇产科护理质量及满意度的改善效果评价。方法将该院2013年12月—2015年1月年龄、性别、学历和经验相当的30名产科护士随机分为观察组及对照组,每组产科护士各15人。对观察组的产科护士进行疼痛相关知识的培训(培训内容为事先已经讨论并制定好的计划和内容),对对照组的产科护士不进行疼痛相关知识的培训。进过培训后,分析对比培训后二组产科护士对疼痛相关知识的掌握程度,以及对比二组护士关于疼痛知识的4个方面(包括疼痛药物知识、疼痛一般知识、疼痛评估知识以及疼痛干预知识)的问卷得分情况,经过培训后让其对产妇进行一段时间的疼痛护理,然后分析对比经过二组产科护士的护理后,将二组产科患者的疼痛护理质量(疼痛护理满意度以及疼痛缓解满意度)进行比较。结果观察组经过疼痛知识培训后疼痛知识得分显著性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇对护理的满意度和对疼痛缓解的满意度分别为99%和90%,均显著的优于对照组产妇对护理的满意度(85%)和对疼痛的满意度(68%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护士疼痛知识培训可有效提高护士对疼痛相关知识的掌握,提高护理质量及患者的满意度,值得临床上进行推广。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness evaluation of application effect of pain knowledge training for obstetric nurses on improving quality and satisfaction of nursing in department of gynaeeology and obstetrics. Methods A total of 30 obstetric nurses form December 2013 to January 2015 in author＇s hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 15 nurses in each group. The obstetric nurses in the observation group were given theory knowledge training about pain nursing as well as pain nursing, while the control group was not given any training. The comparisons of mastery of knowledge and 4 questionnaire scores （pain general knowledge, pain assessment knowledge, pain medication knowledge and pain intervention） were undergone between the two groups, the compari- sons of pain care satisfaction and satisfaction with pain relief were also undergone between the two groups. Results The pain knowledge score in the observation group after training was higher than that in the con- trol group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The pain care satisfaction and satisfaction with pain relief in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, the difference was sta-tistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pain knowledge training can enhance the knowledge command about pain and improve nursing satisfaction, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
