System configuration and performance parameters of a gas turbine waste heate boiler were introduced under different modes, to which various optimization schemes were proposed. By analyzing the retrofit schemes according to performance parameters and actual layout of the boiler, the one keeping its original deaerating way to supply hot water was eventually adopted.
