煤气压缩机冷凝水收集池残余煤气泄漏严重,造成区域一氧化碳含量超标,极易发生煤气着火、爆炸、中毒事故。采取了增加水封高度、安装污水吸出管、制作废气收集箱、设置废气溶解度气管等措施,解决了安全隐患。

Residual gas leaked heavily from the condensate collecting tank of gas com-pressor at Benxi Steel leading to excessive CO content in the area, which could easily cause gas fire, explosion or poisoning accidents. Measures such as adding higher water sealing, in-stalling wastewater suction tube, fabricating waste gas collecting boxes and setting up waste gas solubility tubes were taken, which have solved the safety risk.
