大型给水厂高效澄清池污泥回流实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决20万m^3/d给水厂低温低浊期,滤池反洗频繁问题,对高效澄清池的污泥回流进行实验研究;结表明,适当的污泥回流比和PAM投量可明显提高回流污泥浓度、改善混凝效果。最佳运行参数:絮凝剂PAC投量为17 mg/L,助凝剂PAM投量为0.17 mg/L,污泥回流比为1%,絮凝池搅拌转速为9-10r/min。通过调试,出水效果较好,解决了滤池反洗频繁的问题。 To solve the problem of filtering tank frequently backwashing during low tem-perature low turbidity season of the 200,000 m3/d water supply plant, we conducted an ex-periment on the sludge back flow in the high efficiency settling tank, the results of which showed that proper sludge return ratio and PAM dosage can significantly increase the density of returned sludge to improve the effect of coagulation. The optimum density of the floccu-lants (PAC) is 17 mg/L, the optimum density of the coagulant agents (PAM) is 0.17 mg/L, the optimum sludge return ratio is 1% and the mixing rotation of the flocculation tank is 9-10 r/min. After testing and adjustment, the problem of filtering tanks frequently backwashing has been solved with satisfactory effluent quality.
