比较了余热电站与常规火力发电项目建设与管理的不同之处,着重就余热电站项目管理中进度管理及控制要点做了分析与总结。
The differences in construction and management of waste heat power projects and conventional thermal power projects are compared. Schedule management and control points in the management of waste heat power projects are mainly analyzed and summarized.
