摘要 采用单因素实验研究了超临界CO2萃取亚麻籽中α-亚麻酸的工艺条件。以出油率和α-亚麻酸的得率为指标,考察了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间等因素对萃取效果的影响,获得了优选工艺条件为:萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度40℃、萃取时间2.0 h。在此工艺条件下,出油率和α-亚麻酸的得率分别为24.7%、12.5%,且工艺稳定可靠。 The supercritical CO2 extraction process of α - Linolenic Acid from Flaxseed was studied by single - factor experiments. Using the oil yield and the extraction yield of α - Linolenic Acid as index, the influences of ex- traction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time on the extraction efficiency were investigated. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 40 ℃, extraction time 2.0 h. Under the optimum conditions, the oil yield and the extraction yield of α- Linolenic Acid were up to 24.7%, 12.5%, and the process was stable and reliable.
