氧化苦参碱对四氯化致大鼠慢性肾损伤保护作用的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 将实验大鼠随机分为正常对照组、四氯化碳(CCL4)肾损伤模型组及氧化苦参碱组,各组动物分别造模并给药,8周后处死并检测血清中尿素氮(BUN)及肌酐(SCr)含量,计算肾脏指数,同时观察动物体重及摄食量变化情况。结果显示,模型组大鼠与对照组大鼠相比,尿素氮和肌酐均显著升高,分别为(7.30±1.44)mmol/L,(29.86±3.24)mmol/L;氧化苦参碱组大鼠与模型组大鼠相比,尿素氮和肌酐均降低,分别为(6.16±1.19)mmol/L,(21.63±5.26)mmol/L。 The experimental rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, the carbon tetrachloride ( CCL4 ) kidney injury model group and the Oxymatrine group. All animals were modeling and administration. After 8 weeks they were sacrificed and serum urea nitrogen (BUN) , and creatinine (SCr) content, kidney index was calculated. The animal body weight and food intake changes were observed. The results showed that the rats in the model group compared with the control group of rats, urea nitrogen and creatinine were significantly increased, respectively ( 7.30 ±1.44) mmol / L, (29.86 ±3.24 ) mmol/L. Compared with oxymatrine group and model group rats, urea ni- trogen and creatinine were reduced, respectively (6.16 ±1.9) mmol / L (21.63 ±5.26)mmol / L.
