摘要
用Pd/C+吡啶硫酮催化妥尔油脂肪酸中的非共轭亚油酸转化为共轭亚油酸,再与丙烯酸在对羟基苯甲醚阻聚剂存在下发生Diels-Alder反应合成C21二元酸。收率为41.5%、酸值为298.2 mg KOH/g、纯度92.6%,亚油酸转化率为95.5%。用元素分析、IR、LC-MS和酸值对产物的结构和性质进行了表征。
The preparation of C21 dicarboxylic acid by Diels - Alder reaction of acrylic acid with conjugated lino- leic acids from linoleic acids of tall oil fatty acids in the presence of 4 - methoxyphenol and the conversion of non con- jugated linoleic acid to conjugated linoleic acid in tall oil fatty acids under the catalysis of Pd/C pyrithione were stud- ied. The effects of temperature, time, catalyst and ratio of raw materials on the yield of C21 dicarboxylic acid and conversion of linoleic acids were also investigated. The yield, acid value, purity of Cn dicarboxylic acid and conversion of linoleic acid were 41.5%, 298.2 mg KOH/g, 92.6% and 95.5% respectively under optimum conditions.
