摘要
以新疆褐煤为原料,研究了用固相法制备腐植酸钠的新方法,通过单因素实验探索了硝酸浓度、硝酸用量、混合碱的用量、研磨时间对腐植酸钠收率的影响,最终通过正交设计实验和验证性实验得到了较理想的制备腐植酸钠的工艺条件,即硝酸浓度为55%,硝酸用量为4.0 m L,混碱用量为6 g,该条件下腐植酸含量可达58.73%。
Using brown coal as the raw material of Xinjiang, solid - phase method was used to study the new method for the preparation of sodium humate. Through the single factor experiment, the concentration of nitric acid, nitric acid dosage, mixed alkali dosage, milling time influencing on the yield of humic acid sodium were explored. Finally through orthogonal design experiments and verification experiments, the ideal process conditions were obtained: nitrate concentration of 55%, nitric acid dosage of 4.0 mL, mixed alkali dosage of 6 g. Under these conditions, the humic acid content was up to 58.73%.
